
I think the title says it all! Fri night (tonight) was my return to Hot Yoga. I hadn't been to a class in over two years. Jill and I went together. She's a pro at hot yoga btw! I remember how hard yoga was for me two yrs back..and it was no easier tonight!Though I did make it through it! and much like anything I know it's a process that one I have to get used to again and two I have to practice it to get better at it. This place cranks the heat up to 105 degrees. It was a bootcamp class (& it felt like every bit of one!). The instructor was really cool tho. He saw that I was struggling with alot of the moves and would come suggest some other ways for me to do them (until I could do them the correct way). That was super nice!
Also while doing some of the yoga moves or better known as poses I learned just how bad my pulled hamstring is right now. It's not a good feeling, I really think that I pulled it the day of the 20 miler when I got the blister. I think I over compensated on the one leg trying to avoid hurting my blister or foot for that matter any further and in result I strained that leg and pulled the hamstring at the same time. It will heal...I just hope it will by next Sun.
So, like I said I did survive hot yoga! It actually felt great afterwards but then the next 2 days I could totally feel the workout! aka BOOTCAMP. Let's just say....

OK...so EVENTUALLY....I will LOVE hot yoga!
