I'm baaaaaaaack!

So, as it says...I'm baaaack! I needed the down time/recovery time. My left ankle is still quite tender from the Marathon. It was a mess, but each day it does seem to get better, I have a great day where it doesn't give me any trouble at all, but then I spend some over extended time on it and I swear I degress with it. Regardless, I am making plans to get back into the swing of things no later than Nov. 1! I'll just be nursing it along throughout. Anyways...that's where I'm at. Looking forward to getting back into running and even more so looking forward to eating better and healthier so I can pull this weight off of me the right way this time around.

    Glad you are taking the time to heal that ankle the right way. I also have a goal set of November 1st. Hopefully we can help motivate each other along the way!
